We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at team.lorian@gmx.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Most customers will not incur additional customs fees. However, any import duties or taxes required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
